Cash App API?
Yes for merchant “Cash App Pay” (Block Partner API / Square) — customers pay you at checkout. There is no open P2P API to inject invoices into personal Cash App. This app creates invoices here, emails them, and supports $cashtag payment links (manual confirm) or a mock Cash App Pay session.
